Fall 2026 Global Programs Intern

Fall 2026 Global Programs Intern supports the International Center’s Global Programs team in preparing and supporting delegations, hosting IVLP visitors, and assisting with proposal development, meetings, stakeholder coordination, data entry, and database maintenance. The role emphasizes learning outcomes in citizen diplomacy, logistics planning for international visitors, research and synthesis, proposal writing, and relationship management with local organizations. Key activities include hosting IVLP guests, researching resources and events, writing proposals to host programs in Indianapolis, facilitating professional meetings, maintaining relationships with organizations and agencies, and handling follow-up tasks and data entry. Ideal candidates have local Indiana knowledge, strong communication and proposal-writing skills, attention to detail, and an interest in international studies, hospitality, or related fields. The position offers up to $15/hour with a parking stipend, hybrid work flexibility, and opportunities for professional development, OPT/CPT support, and school stipend assistance.
