Fall 2026 Foods Management Internship - Dollywood Theme Park - Seasonal

Seasonal Foods Management Intern supports the operation of a food service location within Dollywood Theme Park and performs administrative duties as part of the internship. Responsibilities include acting as a quality assurance inspector for food, organizing and developing a trained staff, ensuring proper food handling and portion control, enforcing the Start Fresh program when necessary, being available to work at different park locations, and assisting with labor management (scheduling/timekeeping), Period End P&L review, cost analysis (Cost of Sales, product mix, Spending Per Person), and implementing improvements in guest excellence and overall job satisfaction. The role involves shadowing the 800 (PIC) program, executing special projects in the Foods area, and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver projects ahead of schedule. Education and experience requirements emphasize enrollment in a college program, 18+ years of age, basic computer skills, and ability to pass background checks. Knowledge/abilities include strong guest interaction, self-motivation, prioritization, confidentiality, professional appearance, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, effective communication, and adherence to safety and company regulations. The position requires flexibility with schedules, overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to operate in varying weather conditions.
