Job Summary
Culinary Internship at Dollywood Theme Park for Fall 2026 (Seasonal). The intern supports kitchen operations across positions such as dishwasher, receiving clerk, prep cook, line cook, baker, and banquet production, plus inventory management and administrative duties. The program offers college credit and practical experience in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to work at different locations within The Dollywood Company and participate in Leadership Development classes and weekly intern meetings. Training includes Start Fresh and ServSafe concepts, with responsibilities including quality assurance, menu/breakdown improvements, cost analysis, labor management, and potential project work to benefit the Foods area. The role requires being at least 18, enrolled in a college program, proficient with Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and able to operate a vehicle per company policy; background screening will be conducted. The Dollywood Company emphasizes a culture of care, partnership, and guest-focused service, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be minimum eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be enrolled in a continuing education/college program
- Must have basic computer skills and must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles according to company policy. Must have valid driver’s license, proof of auto liability insurance and acceptable motor vehicle driving record
- Background screening including criminal history and motor vehicle record check may be required
- Ability to participate in leadership development classes and intern meetings
- Open to working at different locations throughout The Dollywood Company
- Must be able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis
- Must comply with Health Dept., ServSafe, and Company regulations pertaining to Food Safety Handling Procedures
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
