Job Summary
Fall 2026 Food & Beverage Vendor Coordination Internship supporting Cultural Survival's Bazaar Program. Focus on vendor outreach, onboarding and coordination for food and beverage vendors, with emphasis on compliance, database management, communications with vendors, and event preparation. Responsibilities include maintaining the vendors database, sending follow-up communications, attending vendor meetings, organizing permits and licenses, researching local food regulations, contributing to vendor evaluation processes, analyzing survey results, identifying potential new vendors aligned with the Bazaar's mission, and providing administrative and logistical support for Bazaar events. Weekly commitment is ~15 hours; remote and in-person options with a three-month duration starting September 21, 2026; stipend of $500 for the internship period; English and Spanish language proficiency highly preferred. Internship is remote & in-person, unpaid, with mentorship opportunities and potential for an internship certificate upon completion.
