Job Summary
Capture customer information using phone and written follow-up, manage client books, and track shopping experiences and product care inquiries. Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals by demonstrating full product knowledge and leveraging fashion expertise to inspire others. Partner with the manager to conduct business analyses, maintain visual and housekeeping standards across the sales floor and backroom, and operate the POS system. Send end-of-day emails and adhere to opening and closing procedures while ensuring the store remains clean and organized. Work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends, with eligibility to work in the US and a high school diploma required.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service and contemporary or luxury retail industry
- Excellent verbal, written communication and sales skills, with a strong customer service orientation
- Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
- Impeccable presentation and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment
- Problem solving mindset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)
