Job Summary
Capture customer information through phone and written follow-up, and manage client books by addressing shopping experiences and product care inquiries. Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals while demonstrating full product knowledge to maximize opportunities. Utilize fashion expertise to inspire the team, partner with the manager on business analyses and KPI tracking, and support visual and housekeeping standards across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and backroom. Operate the POS system, send EOD emails, and execute opening and closing procedures while maintaining store cleanliness. Work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends, lifting over 20 pounds and standing for long periods. Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service and contemporary or luxury retail industry
- Excellent verbal, written communication and sales skills, with a strong customer service orientation
- Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
- Impeccable presentation and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment
- Problem solving mindset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)
