Job Summary
Capture customer information via phone and written follow-up, and manage the client book by addressing shopping experiences and product care inquiries. Achieve personal sales and productivity goals while demonstrating full product knowledge to maximize opportunities. Operate the POS system, send end-of-day emails, and execute opening and closing procedures. Support store managers in business analyses, KPI tracking, and maintaining visual and housekeeping standards across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and backrooms. Ensure store cleanliness and organization while leveraging fashion expertise to build collaborative partnerships. This role requires proficiency in Chinese and Russian for effective service at the 101 Prince Street location, with eligibility to work in the US and a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer service and contemporary or luxury retail industry
- Excellent verbal, written communication and sales skills, with a strong customer service orientation
- Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
- Impeccable presentation and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment
- Problem solving mindset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)
- Proficiency in Chinese and Russian to provide effective customer service at 101 Prince Street location
