Job Summary
As an Instructor Pilot at CAE, you will deliver flight simulator and ground school training while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive pre- and post-flight simulator briefings, acting as a subject matter expert for training, maintaining instructional qualifications, and completing training records. The role demands an unrestricted ATP certificate, strong communication skills, and the ability to teach effectively, supported by advanced technology and training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted ATP certificate or completion of ATP Written
- Unrestricted PIC Type Rating preferred
- FAR Part 135 experience and 3,000+ total flight hours preferred
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet‐based programs
- Participation in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program
- Experience flying business aircraft highly desired
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
