Job Summary
Fairmont Gold Supervisor leads the Fairmont Gold team on the Executive Floor and Lounge, ensuring adherence to Fairmont Gold standards, anticipating guest needs, resolving complaints, managing reservations/check-ins/check-outs, and overseeing lounge operations and upsell programs. Requires Front Office and F&B experience, cashiering proficiency, Opera PMS knowledge, strong guest relations, English fluency, and the ability to work flexible shifts; responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of services, coordinating billing, generating reports, and supporting other front office functions, with a focus on delivering luxury hospitality and consistent guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Previous guest relations and cashiering experience required
- Computer literate in Microsoft window Applications
- Knowledge of Opera Property Management system
- Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal
