Job Summary
As Fairmont Gold Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the Fairmont Gold front desk and rooms, delivering luxury service and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will review reservations, anticipate guest needs, and collaborate with the Front Office team on upsell programs to maximize revenue. You will handle guest concerns and recovery, maintain guest profiles, and provide knowledgeable concierge information about local attractions. The role requires ProServe certification and legal eligibility to work in Alberta, with potential shift work including holidays and weekends. Strong computer literacy and prior Property Management System experience are essential, as is a commitment to upholding Fairmont Gold standards and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Previous guest service experience required
- Previous Property Management System experience required
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required
- ProServe certification
- Legal to serve alcohol in Alberta (18 years of age)
