Job Summary
Fairmont Gold Lounge Server responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service, greeting guests, maximizing seating during breakfast, and maintaining the exclusive lounge ambiance. Duties include buffet/lounge setup for breakfast and canapés, coordinating with Fairmont Gold Supervisors and other departments, promoting revenue through the honour bar, performing cleaning and upkeep tasks, assisting guests with local information, and collaborating with the kitchen to maintain presentation standards. Requires initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision; physically able to lift trays, stand, and walk for shift duration; may include holidays, weekends, overnight, and other non-day shifts. One year of buffet-service F&B experience and a commitment to guest satisfaction are highly valued.
