Job Summary
Lead and execute high-profile regional and international events from planning through on-site execution while collaborating closely with editorial, sales, and marketing teams to deliver standout experiences that meet brand and business goals. Serve as the day-to-day event lead, developing detailed timelines and run-of-show documents, coordinating across creative, editorial, marketing, sales, and events teams, and managing on-site operations, speaker logistics, travel, and vendor/venue coordination. Drive branding execution, develop look-and-feel decks, and translate brand guidelines into activation concepts. Oversee financial tracking, vendor negotiations, budget reconciliations, and post-event recaps to capture learnings and improvement opportunities. This role requires travel and a passion for fashion and beauty, with an in-person, office-first environment (4 days on-site, 1 day remote).
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of event production & management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with vendor coordination and client-facing roles
- Strong understanding of event logistics and budget tracking
- Experience working with cross-functional teams; exposure to sponsorship execution a plus
