Job Summary
Relationship Specialist II at Nuvision Federal Credit Union in Fairbanks, AK is an onsite role focusing on member experience. Responsibilities include consulting with members to identify needs and provide solutions, opening new accounts, processing cash transactions, handling loan applications, and referring Mortgage, Investments, and Autoland products. The RS II performs account maintenance (ATM/Debit cards, address/name changes, beneficiaries, notary services, cashier’s checks), ensures branch balance, monitors for suspicious activity, completes required trainings, and participates in events and continuous improvement. The role requires strong member service, confidentiality, attention to detail, tact, diplomacy, and ability to meet performance and revenue targets; familiarity with PC/Microsoft applications and effective verbal/written communication is emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience in a similar position and prior loan experience

- Knowledge of all applicable Federal, State and NCUA regulations, including BSA, Regulation CC, Regulation D and Regulation E
- Comprehensive knowledge of deposit account products and services
- Working knowledge of loan products and system(s)
- NMLS Registered
- Notary preferred
- Successful completion of all compliance coursework
