Job Summary
Two-month professional development opportunity for early-career technical operations at a regional theatre. Assist managers supervising the Stage Operations department, ensuring that all changeovers and performances are completed successfully. Work with IATSE local 154 crewmembers and managers on problem-solving and generating creative solutions to technical problems on a variety of shows and interface with OSF's broader learning and engagement programming. Key responsibilities include relaying, documenting, and communicating production notes for the stage operations team; supporting backstage operations during technical and dress rehearsals; and attending production meetings and cross-departmental touchpoints (Costumes, Props, Production Management). Requires evening and weekend work and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Pay is $750 per week. Location is Ashland, Oregon, with on-site work. All documents must be uploaded in PDF format.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of equivalent training and/or relevant experience
- Strong organization and communication skills

- Physical ability to lift to 40 lbs, navigate stairs, and extended periods of standing or walking
