Job Summary
The Shift Supervisor at Fair Ridge Family Shelter oversees operations and staff during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance and a supportive environment for families. Must have a high school diploma, 3+ years in human services, leadership skills, and availability during off-hours.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in human services field i.e., mental health, substance abuse, homeless and domestic violence
- Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor’s in human services/ related field
- 3 years of experience in customer service
- Experience working in programs serving homeless families
- Experience working in a residential environment
- Current CPR/First aid certification
Additional Requirements
- Must report to work during emergencies, inclement weather, or other unusual circumstances
- Annual TB Test is required
