Job Summary
Fair Lending Governance & Execution Leader within JPMorganChase leading the development and execution of fair lending governance for Card/Business Banking. Lead data-analytics‐driven initiatives, design and implement policies and processes, oversee data collection and validation across complex datasets, and partner with data/technology and control functions to resolve variances and drive root-cause fixes. Manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality service, provide data-driven insights to leadership, oversee Fair Lending risk and controls across the full product lifecycle (design through closure), lead OFL monitoring and associated exams and audits, govern LOB issues with regulators and Internal Audit engagement, own Fair Lending Data Validation, and drive preventive/detective control design and continuous improvement with executive reporting on program effectiveness and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience leading business analysis initiatives in a large, complex organization
- strong executive communication and influence skills; experience building exec-level reporting
- proficiency in leveraging advanced data analytics to uncover patterns and design business solutions
- demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive data-driven decision making
- experience with digital platforms and automation technologies to improve processes
- ability to influence strategic and operational decisions through data-driven insights
- strong project management, documentation, and analytical skills
- familiarity with internal controls, risk management in financial services
- ability to manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently
- comfort with delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
