Job Summary
Advise clients on Fair Lending and CRA compliance efforts, ensuring recommendations are risk-based and appropriate for the institution's size and complexity. Develop annual plans including program, policy, and procedure reviews, statistical analysis, comparative file reviews, and risk assessments. Review credit policies, loan pricing, and marketing strategies while performing current state process mapping and assessing adherence to regulations. Create gap analysis reporting, manage large data sets, and synthesize findings into KRIs and KPIs. Develop efficient data collection processes and create reporting decks. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management, identifying and escalating issues as needed. Perform other duties as assigned in a project-based, 100% remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related subject or equivalent work experience
- Expert knowledge of Federal consumer protection and Fair Lending laws, rules and regulations, as well as the regulatory guidance/examination processes
- 8+ years' experience working in financial institutions in a Fair Lending, CRA, UDAAP or compliance-related capacity
- Excellent written and verbal skills to include presentations and report writing for clients
- Strong analytical skills, including data/statistical analysis
- Effective project management and leadership skills
- Manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
- Comfort working independently, as well as part of a broader team
- Experience working in a deadline-driven consulting environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Must be able to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

- Proficiency with Risk Exec and/or CRA/Fair Lending Wiz a plus
