Job Summary
Oversee up to four Fair Futures Coaches in NYC/ Bronx programs, providing weekly supervision and direction to support participants' academic and career success; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educational/permanency specialists; build and maintain community resources with vocational/educational agencies; plan vocational, employment, and college outreach events; guide coaches to develop individualized Ed/Voc/Career plans; assist with college preparation activities including essays and financial aid; ensure documentation, program evaluation, and compliance with Sanctuary Model commitments; travel between programs and offices is required, with onsite work and hybrid scheduling based on program needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services, workforce development, social work, and/education required
- minimum of five years’ supervisory experience
- Travel is required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
