Job Summary
Act as the communication window for OEM customers and SQW via email and meetings. Guide SQW for onsite failure analysis at OEM plants and lead physical part analysis at RBCW/QMM labs. Maintain records in the BOSCH claim management system (I-QIS) and share analysis results with the German plant via the CMS system. Regularly summarize analysis results, monitor Q statistics (K.P.I.), and apply 8D and fishbone methodologies to solve problems. Requires a Master's in Vehicle Engineering, over 5 years in automotive electrical products, and experience with CAN diagnose tools like Vector CANoe.
Required Qualifications
- BS in electrical or mechanical related
- Master in Vehicle engineering or related
- >3 years experienced in related failure analysis or product testing area of electrical product
- >5 years experienced for the electrical products in Automotive industry
- Experience with famous OEM complain handling (e.g. Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, SGM, Ford...)
- Knowledge of electrical or mechanical functionality of Automotive parts
- Experience with CAN diagnose tool(Vector CANoe)
- Good at problem solving (8D, fishbone)
- Knowledge of SW/HW design
- Experience with calibration tool(ETAS INCA or Vector CANape)
- PS expert or green/black belt of 6 sigma
