Job Summary
Create, review, or update schematics, PCB layouts, block diagrams, and technical documentation to support reference design web pages. Develop or adapt embedded software for MCU/MPU based reference designs and manage the entire lifecycle of these assets. Develop, publish, and maintain web content addressing emerging market segments such as Edge Computing, IoT, AI/ML, and E-Mobility. Work closely with engineering, marketing, and product management teams to translate technical information into clear, engaging content while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Create Salesforce projects to track reference designs against customer opportunities. Perform additional job-related responsibilities as directed by the manager. This role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of embedded systems experience, proficiency in Altium Designer and Siemens Xpedition, and familiarity with AI tools.
Required Qualifications
- BS or BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of design experience in microcontroller or microprocessor based embedded systems
- Minimum of 5 years of design experience with 8 & 32-bit embedded C programming
- Proficient with schematic capture and PCB layout tools such as Altium Designer and Siemens Xpedition
- Practical experience using AI tools or AI-assisted engineering solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, & SharePoint
- Excellent verbal and written skills including ability to write and present clear and concise technical information in English
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities and strong organizational skills
- Possess an eager attitude toward learning new skills & technology
- Work effectively in a team environment with a positive attitude and a willingness to support others
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
- Ability to establish trust and credibility
- Ability to operate under minimal guidance and assume personal responsibility/accountability
