Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs and leveraging engineering resources to facilitate customer solutions. Partner with the sales team across pre- and post-sales activities to provide technical support, conduct calibrations and research with suppliers, and champion return on engineering investment. Manage supplier and customer expectations by building relationships, attending strategic branch meetings and QBRs, and developing technical plans for supplier lines or customer solutions. Organize engineering customer events and participate in ArrowEDGE initiatives through branch training and calls.
