Job Summary
Teach undergraduate and graduate Management courses while supporting the Master of Business Administration program and providing academic advising. Maintain expertise through industry partnerships and ongoing professional development, including curriculum development aligned with accreditation requirements. Actively participate in department service initiatives and collaborate to advance the Management program and Plaster School of Business. This tenure-track position requires a standard 4/4 teaching load with rank commensurate with experience. Candidates must be born-again Christians committed to biblical integration in the classroom.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Management or similar specializations (Operations, Human Resources, etc.)
- Proven college/university teaching experience or demonstrate strong promise in the ability to teach in one or more applicable fields
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a team member
- Commitment to biblical integration in and out of the classroom
- Born-again Christian with a personal commitment to Jesus Christ
- Agreement with and willingness to abide by Cedarville University's Doctrinal Statement, Community Covenant, and General Workplace Standards
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to teach other core business classes (e.g., Statistics or Introduction to Business)
