Faculty Position Life Skills Coaching

Job Summary
Faculty position to teach Life Skills Coaching programs. Facilitate engaging, interactive lessons synchronously online via Zoom, with courses spanning 135-270 hours. Deliver both online and in-person from the Vancouver, BC campus in a blended program, using an experiential learning approach. Requirements include ICF ACC or PCC credentials, and experience as an educator/facilitator. Responsibilities include meeting course objectives, integrating readings and evaluations, creating daily lesson plans, guiding student demonstrations and group activities, grading assignments and written exams, submitting final grades within two weeks of course end, providing administration with service invoices, and complying with college policies. Materials are provided; no curriculum development is required. Part-time evening sessions are typical for online programs; full-time coaching program runs 12 weeks Monday–Friday with specified PDT times. Remote delivery capability for online courses is required.
Required Qualifications
- ICF ACC or PCC credential
- experience teaching online using experiential learning
- ability to teach both online and in-person from campus in Vancouver, BC
- experience creating daily lesson plans, facilitating synchronous online sessions, grading and reporting
- ability to prepare students for final evaluations and exams
- availability for part-time evening and full-time program delivery as needed
- instructor to manage course materials provided (no curriculum development required)
- familiarity with Zoom and online teaching platforms
- compliance with campus policies and guidelines
