Job Summary
Provide clinical services through resident supervision and develop a personal patient panel. Cover precepting, inpatient, and newborn services; OB is optional. Recruit and supervise residents; participate in education and assessment. Engage in quality improvement, utilization review, and outcomes management. Opportunity to participate in committees with partners. Deliver high-quality instruction for undergraduate and graduate medical education. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians
- Eligibility for Michigan license
- Dedicated commitment to providing a quality educational experience for residents and medical students
- A sense of adventure and willingness to work as a team player as we continue to excel as a new Family Medicine Residency
