Job Summary

Coordinate and administer the USAFSAM Faculty Development Program, maintaining instructor qualification records in accordance with Department of the Air Force and USAFSAM policies. Collaborate with course directors and quality assurance personnel to conduct Annual Course Reviews, analyze End-of-Course survey results, and develop SMART action plans for instructional improvement. Support curriculum development, testing program administration, and the delivery of professional development training for instructors while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. Maintain instructor qualification tracking databases, perform data analysis using institutional systems, and generate reports measuring faculty qualifications and program compliance. Serve as the USAFSAM liaison with the Community College of the Air Force and prepare continuity documents and executive briefings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Organizational Development, or a closely related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a higher education faculty development program, instructor qualification program, or quality assurance program
  • Minimum 3 years of experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams that include program managers, instructional designers, subject matter experts, and leadership
  • Experience managing instructor qualifications
  • Experience managing faculty credentialing
  • Experience managing quality assurance programs
  • Experience managing educational compliance initiatives
  • Experience analyzing course evaluations and implementing continuous improvement plans
  • Experience using databases or tracking systems for data entry, data analysis, and report generation
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams, Planner, Power BI, and Microsoft Forms
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to performance

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Experience with Air Force Formal Training programs
  • Knowledge of higher education accreditation and compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting the Department of the Air Force, Community College of the Air Force (CCAF), or Department of Defense educational organizations
  • Experience serving as an instructor, educational administrator, or liaison within military education programs
  • Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • Experience conducting instructor evaluations and delivering faculty professional development
