Job Summary
Teach courses within the BSW program and participate in student recruitment, retention, and advisement. Coordinate field education in compliance with CSWE accreditation standards, including managing internships, cultivating new field sites, and developing assessment practices. Demonstrate proficiency with online teaching platforms and contribute to curriculum development. This tenured track, 9-month full-time role reports to the Social Work Program Chair and requires a terminal degree in Social Work with two years of post-MSW practice. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- A MSW from a CSWE accredited Social Work Program
- A minimum of two years of post MSW practice
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Successfully passing a background screening report

- A terminal degree in Social Work, or a closely related field
- Prior teaching experience
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development
- Proficiency with online teaching and learning platforms
- A commitment to excellent teaching, professional development, and service, including participation in student advising, recruitment and retention activities
