Facultative Reinsurance Claims Servicing Technician

Job Summary
Manage claims for assigned geographies by logging client notifications, verifying cash calls against reports, and processing invoices to markets within strict timeframes. Support the client base through transactional processing, follow-ups, and securing reinsurance recoveries while ensuring all system entries are accurate and timely. Maintain relationships with brokers and clients by responding to queries on active losses and reviewing claims statistics during renewals. Promote process improvements using system tools for efficient, regulatory-compliant transaction management. This hybrid role in Manila requires office presence at least three days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a technical capacity in reinsurance particularly as Claims technician
- Successful management of workload; with ability to manage expectations of clients and brokers
- Ability to engage, influence and negotiate with clients, market contacts and colleagues in a professional manner
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience working in a Reinsurance broking set-up
- Presence in the office at least three days a week
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
