Facultative Leader - Korea (Senior Vice President)

Job Summary
Produce and manage business development and revenue generation for the Korean facultative business while leading relationships with reinsurance markets. Develop presentations for new and renewal clients, design programs, and establish connections through meetings to support best broking practices. Work with technical support and placement teams to ensure quality business execution, ensuring operations meet compliance and professional standards. Liaise with Guy Carpenter's global network for expertise, mentor the team, and provide technical training. This role requires a minimum of 10 years in facultative/P&C broking with strong Korean market experience. Based in Seoul, the position involves hybrid work with at least three days onsite per week.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in the facultative/ P&C broking space, with a focus on the reinsurance sector
- Strong experience in facultative markets, particularly in Korea
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as insurance, risk management or related discipline
- Customer-focused with strong sales drive
- Self-motivated and excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong client orientation mindset with a proven track record in delivering exceptional service to clients
- Experience in team leadership, including growing, managing and mentoring a team
- Strong communication skills in English and Korean
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
