Job Summary
Manage multiple project teams and oversee logistics of parts for builds and prototypes while driving engineering development and implementation. Develop schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans; track progress against established goals and adjust plans based on business analysis to meet product requirements. Lead less-experienced staff, ensure procedural compliance and safety practices, and communicate escalations to stakeholders. Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives, enforcing best practices through documentation control policies.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- 7-10 years of work experience
