Job Summary
Use hand tools and machines to assemble shoes on the assembly line while multi-tasking several jobs independently or with a team. Maintain excellent hand and eye coordination to inspect materials and products for defects during repetitive motions involving reaching, standing, sitting, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and grasping. Perform physical labor for eight hours or more per day, including lifting up to 20 lbs and setting down cases, with breaks approximately every two hours. Work in a fast-paced environment as a self-motivated individual with strong work ethics.

- Ability to multi-task handling several jobs, while working independently or with a team
- Good hand and eye coordination
- Excellent attendance
- Highly motivated and able to follow instructions
- Physical labor is often necessary for 8 hours or more per day with breaks approximately every two hours including reaching, standing, sitting, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, fingering, grasping, feeling, hearing, and engaging in repetitive motions
- Excellent vision to inspect material and products for defects
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
- Styles require employee to lift and set down cases
- Repetitive hand and wrist extension and flexion to complete product assembly
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual a plus
- Experience in shoemaking/manufacturing or general manufacturing & production a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent a plus but not required
