Factory Operative

Assemble shoes on the assembly line using hand tools and machines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates good hand-eye coordination and the ability to multi-task while working independently or with a team. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and perform extended periods of physical labor with repetitive motions. Excellent attendance and a strong work ethic are essential. A self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks is valued. Experience in shoemaking/manufacturing or general manufacturing & production is a plus; High School diploma or equivalent is a plus but not required. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
