Job Summary
Run manufacturing, custom wedding builds, and eCommerce fulfillment as one operation, protecting on-time delivery for every fixed-date order while hitting KPIs for throughput, quality, and cost. Walk the floor daily at 7am to catch bottlenecks, lead and develop ~100 people, and live lean by cutting waste and owning HR/admin loads. Balance bespoke bridal builds against high-volume pick, pack, and ship using an AI-native ERP and modern WMS to get real-time data without legacy software friction. Feed product signal on packaging and materials, manage the full vertically-integrated platform from DTC to wholesale, and deliver handcrafted flowers for real weddings.
Required Qualifications
- Managed ~75 to 100-plus people, and owned the number when it got missed
- Hands-on lean manufacturing and kaizen
- Comfortable inside ERPs and a WMS
- On-site daily in Monterrey (Finsa Guadalupe)
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong with data (Excel/Sheets, VLOOKUP included)
- Willing to jump into any corner of the business
- Able to provide references
