Job Summary
Manage day-to-day production activities in the plastics factory, plan and monitor operations, and reduce waste to improve efficiency. Fit and adjust moulds as required, coordinate mould repair activities, and prepare daily production and operational reports. Work effectively with local staff and production teams to ensure smooth operations and maintain required standards. This role involves overseeing a 3-year contract with 60 weekly hours across Monday-to-Saturday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- CPET Certification in Plastics
- Age: 24 to 35 years
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Plastics Factory Manager
- Hindi or English
- Must have practical knowledge of running plastic production machinery
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Live-in accommodation provided by the employer at no cost
