Job Summary
Manage day-to-day production activities in the plastics factory, planning and monitoring operations while reducing waste and improving efficiency. Fit and adjust moulds as required, coordinate mould repair activities, and prepare daily production and operational reports. Work effectively with local staff and production teams to ensure smooth operations and maintain required standards. The role involves overseeing a 60-hour work week from Monday to Saturday with shift work, including live-in accommodation, meals, and company-provided transport and medical insurance. Candidates must hold a CPET Certification in Plastics with at least five years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- CPET Certification in Plastics
- Age: 24 to 35 years
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Plastics Factory Manager
- Hindi or English
- Must have practical knowledge of running plastic production machinery
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Live-in accommodation provided by the employer at no cost
