Job Summary
Drive full P&L responsibility for plant performance by overseeing production, PPIC, quality assurance, maintenance, warehouse dispatch, and safety compliance. Ensure on-time SLA commitments and order fulfillment while stabilizing daily operations to maximize throughput and eliminate bottlenecks. Manage cost drivers including scrap reduction, labor efficiency, and inventory aging through disciplined root-cause analysis and structured performance controls. Lead a multi-tier team of supervisors and operators to build a scalable, role-based culture grounded in data and accountability. Champion Lean manufacturing initiatives and prepare operations for automation and future expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Industrial / Mechanical or equivalent)
- 10+ years in manufacturing operations
- 5+ years leading a factory or large production operation
- Strong command of numbers, processes, and people—not just technical know-how
- Hands on approach and willingness to go down to the fields and get hands dirty with details
Desired Qualifications
- Background in made-to-order production preferred
- Proven track record of: Turning around underperforming operations or Scaling factories under growth pressure
