Job Summary
Factory Manager for a Distribution Center in Kunshan leads end-to-end DC operations (safety, quality, delivery, cost performance), sets targets, and drives the 6M Operational Plan while overseeing the P&L. Responsibility includes compliance with Alfa Laval and PDL policies, chairing the local management team, coordinating with HR/Finance/EHS/Legal, and leading continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and 3PL relationships. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of managerial experience in distribution/warehousing or supply chain operations, plus strong leadership, Lean/CI experience, financial acumen, and proficiency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 10 years’ managerial experience in distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations
- Proven leadership and people management skills across teams in a multitude of settings
- Experience in change management, project management, and Lean / continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
