Job Summary
Lead and monitor all operational aspects of manufacturing sites, including compliance, production processes, inventory, and adherence to the supply plan. Plan, organize, and supervise manufacturing activities while coordinating maintenance to ensure critical equipment availability and performance. Monitor production performance metrics such as OEE and service levels, implementing improvements to increase efficiency and drive P&L impact. Collaborate with logistics, procurement, quality, and planning departments to develop an enterprise-wide operating strategy with transparent demand forecasts. Identify and implement continuous improvement plans focused on manufacturing plant processes and product quality consistency. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields and 5-10 years of experience as a Factory Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, manufacturing, Industrial Management or related.
- 5 -10 years of experience as Factory Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and training capability; able to engage all organizational levels.
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
