Factory Lead Data Tribe

Job Summary
Lead the Factory Data team by directing, planning, and coordinating Business Analysts and Data Engineers to ensure delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of market exchange, billing, and regulatory data solutions. Partner with the Product Owner to align priorities, manage backlog and capacity in an Agile environment, and translate business challenges into high-value Data solutions. Drive the Tribe's transformation toward a Data Driven and Data Centric model by defining the data vision, evolving team practices, and identifying organizational risks and improvement opportunities. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business, IT, and external stakeholders to guarantee solution quality and alignment with long-term strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
- Expérience avec une plateforme Data Cloud (Azure, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, ...) — Must have
- Expérience dans l'évolution d'équipes vers un modèle Data Driven / Data Centric – minimum 3 années d’expérience — Must have
- Expérience en gestion de backlog, priorisation, capacité et planning de delivery – minimum 5 années d’expérience — Must have
- Expérience en leadership, coaching et développement des compétences d'une équipe – minimum 3 années d’expérience — Must have
- Expérience en management d'équipes IT ou Data (Data Engineers, Analysts, Développeurs) – minimum 5 années d’expérience — Must have
- Expérience en organisation Produit (Product Teams) avec collaboration étroite avec Product Owner – minimum 3 années d’expérience — Must have
- Expérience en pilotage budgétaire d'un périmètre IT / Data (coûts, capacité, arbitrages, création de valeur) – minimum 3 années d’expérience — Must have
- Expérience en pilotage d'équipes de delivery dans un environnement Agile – minimum 3 années d’expérience — Must have
- Expérience en Reporting, Analytics, Data Engineering ou Business Intelligence – minimum 5 années d’expérience — Must have
- Solide capacité à faire le lien entre enjeux métier et solutions Data – minimum 5 années d’expérience — Must have
- Français : niveau C2 sur l'échelle européenne CEFR — Must have
- Anglais : niveau B2 sur l'échelle européenne CEFR — Must have
Desired Qualifications
- Expérience avec Power BI et les solutions Self-Service Analytics — Should have
- Expérience avec Azure Data et/ou Microsoft Fabric — Should have
- Expérience dans le secteur de l'énergie ou des utilities — Should have
- Expérience en Gouvernance Data, qualité de données et gestion des métadonnées — Should have
