Factory IT/OT Technician

Job Summary
Deploy and maintain Factory OT/IT infrastructure, serving as the first point of contact for production systems and managing local network administration. Execute cyber security remediation, patching, and antivirus updates while overseeing inventory, lifecycle management, and purchasing for all managed IT/OT assets. Lead implementation of site Factory OT/IT projects, support the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and develop emergency business continuity plans. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to resolve issues, drive continuous improvement, and manage external contractors in strict adherence to Food Safety and Mars standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year Technical Degree/Certificate in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT/OT Professional Studies
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- +3-year IT (Information Technology) & OT (Operational Technology) experience
- Excellent organizational, analytical, project management and technical skills
- Server administration
- Virtual infrastructure administration
- IT/OT Architecture knowledge
- Database administration knowledge
- SQL knowledge
- Excel, VBA knowledge
- Self-Management following defined KPIs/objectives and proactively tracking
- Lifelong learner capable of attaining necessary professional qualifications and continual technical development
- High School Diploma/GED
