Factory Integration Manager

Job Summary
Factory Integration Manager to lead post-acquisition integration across Amca's nationwide factory network, stabilizing operations, preserving customer delivery commitments, and standardizing processes. Will drive integration roadmaps, enhance production planning, quality management, IT equipment and manufacturing processes, implement reporting cadence, inventory control, supplier management, and customer communication; establish operating rhythms, KPI tracking, and cross-functional problem-solving; transfer best practices across sites and support audits and compliance. Responsibilities span diligence, business planning for acquisitions, and ongoing operational support, with travel and extended hours as needed.

- Technically fluent and commercially sharp; can bridge engineering, operations, and customer needs seamlessly

- Action-oriented; moves quickly from discovery to execution
- Detail-oriented without losing sight of big-picture business goals
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and prioritizing among competing opportunities
- Thrives in a high-velocity, high-expectation environment
- Strong data processing and visualization skills
- Must be able to travel as needed in response to business needs with short notice.
- Must be able to work extended hours, including weekends, as needed to meet business needs.
