Job Summary
Manage assembly of automation systems, wellhead control panels, and chemical injection skids while ensuring all work meets quality and safety requirements. Estimate and secure POs through PMT for third-party labor and consumables, strictly adhering to the "No PO, No Service" policy and manhour agreements. Screen and train the workforce, maintain tools and test equipment, and ensure daily housekeeping and time sheet approvals. Flag material shortages weekly to PMT to prevent delivery delays and support FAT readiness commitments. Identify and implement automation initiatives to boost manufacturing efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a manager of systems manufacturing or similar role in an industrial setting
- In-depth knowledge of control, electrical, assembling, and fabrication techniques
- Familiarity with electrical, instrumentation and mechanical scope execution in Skid packages
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in resolving manufacturing-related issues
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience in participating in factory testing activities with client
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Diploma or Bachelor equivalent
- Relevant technical certifications or vocational training
