Job Summary

Manage factory operations data by preparing budgets, tracking variances, and reporting costings to support management decision-making. Maintain accurate Bills of Material, create SKUs based on production inputs, and monitor Process Key Figures for quality and environmental effectiveness. Lead monthly variance analysis against budget and TYCE, drive cost savings initiatives, and ensure investments align with group principles. Coordinate with operations, purchasing, and logistics stakeholders while benchmarking performance across OPCOs. Execute ad-hoc projects and standardize controls to achieve best-in-class results within the Cheyyar factory.

Required Qualifications

  • SAP and PS system knowledge
  • Ability to run independent roles and tasks
  • Month close in SAP
  • All cycles and settlements
  • Bill of Material for SKU creation and maintain the structure
  • Costing of SKUs and revise on regular frequencies
  • SKF reporting : Sustainability key factors
  • Geographical coverage for the factory in Cheyyar only
  • Accurate view of variable production costs
  • Accuracy of PKF (Process Key Figures)
  • Monitoring and follow up on effectiveness of operations, quality, and environmental issues
  • Identification of areas for potential cost reductions
  • Detailed follow up for management on VPC and LES related costs savings and investment related cost savings
  • Making sure investments are done according to Rockwool group principles
  • Compilation of required information for investments
  • Reporting of investment information
  • Maintaining an accurate BOM (Bill of Material)
  • Helping the operations department with BOM
  • Creating SKUs based on inputs from production and sales
  • Keeping SKUs up to date with respect to cost and measures
  • Reporting monthly variance actual vs budget vs TYCE for VPC, PKF, and cost saving
  • Pro-actively benchmarking across OPCOs
  • Working closely with the operations department to achieve best in class performance
  • Participating in improving the control environment in Rockwool Asia
  • Reporting to Group for various information in standard format within strict timeline
  • Forecasting and budgeting for Factory operations, capex, and opex
  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly VPC follow up
  • Monthly and quarterly Cost savings/Actions plan follow up
  • Quarterly Material Balance reporting
  • Budget/TYCE VPC and cost savings forecasting
  • Investment controlling and reporting
  • BOM model updating and maintenance
  • 20-30% time allocation for ad-hoc projects requested by operations
  • Own initiatives to increase efficiency or reduce costs
