Job Summary

Lead and manage a portfolio of semiconductor construction projects at Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing (FCS), directly supporting the site Director of Construction to oversee day-to-day operations, site project teams, supplier management, and budget/schedule controls for factory construction. Drive culture change, workforce development, and enterprise integration to enable high-quality constructible solutions across New Wafer Fabrication modules, Fab conversions, and tool installs, while building world-class supplier partnerships, optimizing safety practices, and guiding program performance. Travel or relocate as needed to support growth and ensure alignment with strategic program indicators. Must exhibit leadership in strategic decision-making, risk framing, and cross-functional collaboration with enterprise resources to deliver robust construction outcomes in a Data Centric organization. The role emphasizes driving productivity, agility, and innovation in construction practices, and requires on-site presence with no immigration sponsorship.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
  • 9+ years' experience as engineer, construction manager, project manager or equivalent leadership role in large scale organizations and project management processes
  • 12+ years of demonstrated strategic leadership, Program management in Semiconductor Factory Construction (Base Build, Progressive Build, or Tool Install) or Semiconductor Operations will be considered in lieu of a degree
