Job Summary
Prep, sand, stain, paint, and clear-coat custom doors using spray guns and specialized machinery to deliver flawless, customer-specified finishes. Maintain heavy-duty physical output by maneuvering 50–100 lbs repeatedly while standing, bending, and stretching throughout the second shift. Interpret complex work orders with precise math to ensure components match specifications, then transition smoothly between the finishing line and Special Millwork to minimize downtime. Operate all tools and equipment using proper ergonomic techniques and PPE to maintain a clean, zero-incident workspace. Solve problems and communicate effectively with team members to meet builder needs while adhering to safety and workplace compliance standards.
