Job Summary
Conduct routine building inspections covering floor coverings, windows, walls, electrical fixtures, and plumbing. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment including freezers, HVAC systems, sound systems, pools, and exercise gear. Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks by evaluating requests, diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and documenting work orders. Communicate outstanding issues to the Director of Facilities and notify associates or guests of completed work. Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as required. This role supports the overall operation and condition of buildings and systems at Tuckers Cove Town Center, a global leader in golf and community management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and speak English
Desired Qualifications
- Driver's License
- Other applicable mechanical/equipment licenses (Boiler, HVAC, etc.)
