Job Summary
Facility Tech to support a critical industrial campus housing multiple data centers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and running diagnostics, conducting preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on facilities equipment, supporting plumbing, mechanical, pipe fitting, welding, coil brazing, rebuilding pumps, low-voltage electrical repairs, and general maintenance. Collaborate with sub-contractors and vendors, operate routine and emergency service on systems such as critical power, low/medium voltage switchgear, diesel generators, paralleling switchboards, UPS, PDU, and building monitoring systems. Ensure that operational, maintenance and emergency methods of procedure (MOPs/SOPs) are developed and strictly adhered to. Assist with CMMS database management when needed. Strong verbal/written communications and experience with computer systems are required. EOEA employer; PKaza LLC is a third-party employment firm placing candidates with clients. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant / technical knowledge and practical experience of Facilities Operations with Electrical and Mechanical / HVAC equipment
