Job Summary
Maintain building assets promptly and safely, including repair and preventive work for electrical, audio, video, pools, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and grounds. Complete routine maintenance, annual inspections, and troubleshooting to investigate outages while preparing return-to-service plans. Obtain quotes and manage external contractors by directing work and verifying completion before departure. Adhere strictly to health and safety practices to ensure all club areas remain sanitary and secure. Requires a Class II Building Environmental Systems Operator certificate, three years of building systems experience, and pool operator certification. Hourly wage ranges from $25.00 to $40.00.
Required Qualifications
- Community College Certificate as a Class II Building Environmental Systems Operator, licensed trades certificate or equivalent
- Three (3) years of continuous experience in operation and maintenance of building systems
- Sound knowledge and understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Systems, and BAS
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
- Prior knowledge of pool operations
