Job Summary
Manage retail and corporate bank properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, covering Huntington Bank facilities with a company vehicle. Self-perform 40-60% of maintenance, construction, and remodeling projects including lighting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs while planning budgets and verifying vendor performance. Operate the Facilities Management work order system to complete quarterly property visits, annual site assessments, and required training sessions. On-call rotation with mandatory overtime based on business needs. Valid driver's license and 3+ years of facilities management experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area
- Must have a company vehicle
- Must be available for on-call status
- Overtime is mandatory based on business need
- Must be able to self-perform 40-60% of maintenance work
- Must have computer proficiency
- Must have general maintenance skills
- Must have HVAC knowledge
- Must be able to operate Facilities Management work order system
- Must complete required in-person & on-line training sessions
- Must visit every assigned property quarterly
- Must complete annual site assessments and record in work order software program
- Must be able to verify Vendor performance and pricing
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Must have 3+ years Facilities Management experience
- Must have experience with basic preventative maintenance of multiple facilities
- Must have experience with minor repairs involving plumbing
- Must have experience with heating/cooling repairs
- Must have experience with basic electrical repairs
- Must have experience with furniture moves
- Must have experience with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance with various vendors
- Must have experience with creating and maintaining a budget for facility repairs
- Must have experience with vendor proposal reviews
- Must be able to lift loads of up to 50 pounds
- Must have Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have Good project management skills including budgeting and documentation
- Must have Time Management skills
- Must have Leadership skills
- Must be self-motivated requiring minimal supervision
- Must possess a desire to promote 'Best in Class' service through their actions
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

- Trade Certifications
- Computer Proficiency to include MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Facilities Management software
- Knowledge and skills related to building Maintenance incl. HVAC
