Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning of all floors, corridors, offices, and cubicles using appropriate chemicals and equipment. Perform routine maintenance on housekeeping tools, order supplies, and maintain inventory levels. Wash windows, vacuum carpets, remove trash from entrances and exits, and execute weekly outside sweeps to analyze for facility issues. Create and maintain daily and weekly cleaning schedules while providing EH&S with Material Safety Data Sheets for new chemicals. Assist with internal company event setups and tear downs. May perform monthly fire extinguisher evaluations and identify cleaning problems to determine appropriate remedies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 6 months of related experience
- Knowledge of the materials, supplies and equipment utilized in cleaning activities
