Job Summary
Facility & Technical Services Engineer responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and automation equipment; troubleshooting issues to improve reliability and efficiency; maintaining accurate maintenance records and technical documents. Also coordinates installation, relocation, and commissioning of machinery, works with suppliers and internal teams, conducts testing, and supports operational handovers including FAT/SAT where applicable. In addition to facility management tasks, the role supports building systems (HVAC, utilities, electrical installations) and coordinates external service providers, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and facility standards; provides technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel; participates in continuous improvement projects and reports on technical performance.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in maintenance, technical services, facilities, machine installation, or engineering environments
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems
- Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an advantage
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting
